Who We Are

We are a National Quality Award Winner 60 bed skilled nursing facility with a focus on delivering premiere ventilator care and rehabilitative services for residents with moderate to chronic medical conditions. Nestled in the beautiful mountains of South West Virginia we are within about 2-3 hours of most metropolitan areas in Virginia, North Carolina, and West Virginia. Our services extend out across the southeast U.S. to service the large demand for ventilator care that exists.
